Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4 charging technology was introduced back in November 2016. It is the first to be compatible with the USB PD2.0 protocol, and has eliminated the 12V charging and boosted the power to 28W. The standard 5V can output 5.6A max, and 9V can output 3A. With the announcement of the USB PD3.0 (PPS) charging standard, Qualcomm QC4 also ushered in an upgrade and evolved into the QC4+ charging standard which is compatible with USB PD3.0 (PPS), QC3.0, and QC2.0.

With the rapid popularization of USB PD fast charging, more and more mobile phones and chargers supporting QC4+ fast charging are available on the market. Recently, ChargerLAB obtained a list of the latest Quick Charge4+ certified mobile phones from Qualcomm. As of now, there are 18 mobile phones from 9 brands that have obtained Qualcomm QC4/4+ certification. This is 10 more models than the previous list obtained.

According to the current data, Xiaomi has the most QC4/4+ certified models, including Xiaomi Mi 8 and Xiaomi Mi 8 exploration versions, Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro, Xiaomi Mi A2, Xiaomi MIX 3 and Xiaomi Pocophone F1. Other Chinese brands such as AMG, Qiku, and ZTE have also been added to the list.
